NMA Annual General Meeting

The NMA Annual General Meeting is Sunday, November 4, 2012 at 1:00-3:00pm at the Grand Hotel, 4898 Rutherford Road, Nanaimo,.

This meeting requires good representation of members for the elections, and our club requires members to step-up and take part in running the club and the many events. Please make every effort to attend the meeting to take interest in the club and consider volunteering your time next year.

The meeting agenda will include:

  • Review of the 2012 season including financial
  • Future recommendations
  • Feedback and questions to the 2012 Executive
  • Election of the 2013 Executive
  • Recruitment of other volunteer positions

The following Executive positions are open for election:

  • President
  • Vice President
  • Treasurer
  • Secretary
  • Membership Manager
  • Site Manager
  • Track Manager
  • Watering Manager
  • Promotions Manager
